  • Learning a detailed bike fit method.
  • The emphasis is on the method, not on the equipment used.
  • A client-oriented approach.

Content of the training:

  • In-depth anatomy and biomechanics of cycling.
  • A correct interview with the rider.
  • A detailed screening of the body prior to the bike fit.
  • Influence of joint mobility, leg length difference, stability, muscle flexibility, etc.
  • Correctly measuring the bike setup.
  • A correct reasoning process for making the right adjustments to the bike and cleats.
  • All these methods are practiced during hands-on workshops.

To guarantee the quality of the training, only a limited number of participants are admitted.
